Bandcash is a digital service for expense tracking, event settlements, and shared finance coordination.

You are responsible for lawful usage and data accuracy in your account.

Public prices are listed on /pricing.

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and manages checkout, payment processing, invoice issuing, and VAT treatment.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled before the next renewal date.

For EU consumers, mandatory rights apply, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content and services.

For Hungarian consumers, relevant mandatory rules include Act V of 2013 (Civil Code), Act CVIII of 2001 (electronic commerce), Act CLV of 1997 (consumer protection), and Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.).

Where digital service performance starts during a withdrawal period, you may be asked for explicit prior consent and acknowledgement as required by law.

You may cancel renewals for future billing cycles at any time.

Refund handling is governed by our Refund Policy.

You must not use the service for illegal activities, security abuse, or rights infringement.

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy under GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by Hungarian law.
