Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of Bandcash subscriptions processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

1. Subscription cancellations

You can cancel auto-renewal any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and access remains available until the paid period ends.

2. Standard refunds

For first-time subscription purchases, refund requests made within 14 days of purchase are generally eligible when there is no significant abusive or fraudulent use.

Renewal invoices are generally non-refundable, except where required by mandatory law or where a proven billing error exists.

3. EU/Hungarian consumer exceptions

If mandatory EU or Hungarian consumer law provides more favorable rights, those mandatory rules prevail over this policy.

Where services begin immediately after purchase, withdrawal rights may be affected according to Directive 2011/83/EU and Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.).

4. How to request a refund

Because Paddle is Merchant of Record, refund execution and settlement may be processed through Paddle systems.

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on banking networks.
